It was a good experience overall. The process was quick with multiple rounds except the company was in transition phase so lots of questions unanswered. The role was unclear and hence spend most of the time trying to figure out exact requirements.

This was a phone interview with an HR screener. I had learned of the position from the hiring manager who I had worked with in a previous position. The HR Rep was completely condescending. She used my name about 12 times during the 30 min phone call. "You know, (insert my name here)...." "Listen (insert my name here) we know you have X experience..." She was completely obnoxious and even mentioned a few times during the call that the hiring manager should not have discussed X, Y and Z while talking to me about the position and that she was going to talk to the manager about that because that is not their process and they should not be discussing the position. Excuse me? What? They are the hiring manager. Completely unprofessional conversation. I was not about to move forward after this point and let her know at the end of the conversation.

Interview was unprofessional and seemed like they already had a candidate they wanted to hire, and my interview was a waste of time. Recruiter failed to give me time, location, and points of contact for interview. I had to call several numbers in Wisconsin and get routed to HR who tracked down the recruiter. During the interview, CNBC was blaring in the background, no interview questions were asked at all, and 3 different employees interrupted to ask for guidance for their work. Interview gave me a glimpse of what it would be like working there. No questions at all. I respected the Ops Manager, he seemed like he knew what was going on and was very respectful. Other than that, it was the worst job interview I've ever had.
