The interview process was completely misleading. I was given false hope, unrealistic promises and a picture of the company that was very different from the reality. They assured me of stability, structure and support, but none of it existed after joining. Instead of helping me settle into the role, they pressured me, misled me and eventually made the environment so uncomfortable that it felt like they wanted me to resign. The overall experience was stressful and dishonest.
