Attended Pre-Match and match days where everything was handled professionally. I was able to talk to multiple departments and was escorted around the hospital. Very professional. The area that I wanted the most was fantastic and the lead nurse for the area was truly interested in me and my questions about his unit and the hospital in general. The only issue I have is with the recruiter. After offering the job, she has been slow with any details and since I have interviewed with 3 other health systems, i needed to make a quick decision. From all that I have heard MH has great benefits but I would like my offer in writing (via email is fine) so that I can move forward quicker. My other offers emailed me within 24 of the offer and I just thought that was standard. Overall, I have been happy with the process.

I interviewed for a new grad position here and found it to be very relaxed. Lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. It was very conversational rather than panel based.
