Process begins with a telephone interview. This is your opportunity to make a good first impression. The cal can come out the blue and be positioned as a casual chat. You should be ready to explain why you applied, your current situation and some sort of differentiating point about you that will encourage the recruiter meet you.
If you get to this next stage, you are through to the group session. This is an opportunity to showcase your management skills, your presentation skills and ability to wok in a team.
Those successful at the Group session will attend an individual interview. This is a panel style with the management team. Your CV will be run through with a fine tooth comb and your aptitude towards teach ability, sales skills and management potential will be evaluated in the context of the companies culture.

made it past the screening, learned from hiring manager they expect 150 dials per day, which is insane. you are a full cycle rep, how are you supposed to run any demos and close any deals if you are dialling 150 times per day. Not to mention the base pay is trash. what a joke.

Very kind and supportive team! However, I felt that the interviewer was not quite engaged from the beginning. Overall, great experience and enjoyed the process. The interview left me feeling excited about the opportunity and what it would be like to work at the company!
