Nice group of people. Be prepared to head in for a group interview. They seem to value energy over experience. This would be a job that's perfect for someone just starting out but not a match for someone with Software experience.

Entrevista
Starts off with a phone interview and a questionaire. I was called 25 minutes before my phone interview was scheduled to begin. They want to know more about how interesting I am in this phase so it is more about "do you have a life?" Concise communication helps.
Next, it's a group interview including others you're interviewing with. Be ready to be evaluated not only by those looking to hire you but also by those you compete against. Here they are looking for individuals who can do the job at hand as well as become future leaders, managers so it is time to showcase this.
Finally if you make it through it will be you and a panel. The seat becomes hot and this is where any areas of prior concern need to be overcome and it is time to really win over the entire panel.
