The only problem i had was that i had to wait about 20 minutes before the interview started. I was hired on the spot and the interview felt more like a conversation than an interview. The hiring manager did most of the talking explaining the job description.

Not difficult just asked availability and past work experience. Pretty much just show up and tell them about yourself. Overall very easy for most people in my opinion. Tell them your previous jobs.

Applied through a job site, and was called shortly after to talk about availability. scheduled an interview for the next day, Went in and sat down with the supervisor. They were very quick to respond overall.

I went in and filled out a paper application. I received a call for an interview the next day. I went in for an interview and was asked some pretty easy questions. They had asked why I was interested in Mellow Mushroom and if I had ever worked in the food service industry before. They talked to me about job responsibilities and the potential to move up. The interview was fairly easy and laid back. I was offered the job at the end of the interview.
