Simple interview. Asked me about my interests and what I want to get out of the company (what I wanted to learn). I had to take an IQ test before the interview. It was timed with basic logic and math problems.

Entrevista
The interview process was fairly standard for a product management role, including questions on agile, prioritization, and scenario-based problem solving. I applied online, had a recruiter phone screen, and then interviewed with product leadership. Local candidates may interview onsite; remote candidates typically interview virtually.
Part of the process included an assessment. The instructions were somewhat unclear, and no feedback or results are provided, so it’s hard to know how performance is evaluated. After completing the interviews, I did not hear back for several weeks before learning I was not moving forward.
Advice to Candidates: Be prepared for scenario-based questions and an assessment with limited guidance. Communication from the hiring team may be slow, and assessment results are not shared.

Entrevista
The interview process is very robust, which is a good thing. If you advance, prepare for at least a phone screen and multiple virtual interviews before being in-person. I had two phone screens and two virtual interviews, but I did not advance to meet in person.

Lots of the basics: why are you looking for a new job, tell me about your experience, what kind of projects did you work on, what was your most successful project, what was something you could have done better, etc. With the later virtual interviews, they wanted a lot of specific detail on my contributions and personal involvement in projects.
