It started with introductions, then they would ask you 3-5 questions, then some legal questions that they would ask everyone like are you legal to work in the US, ending with the interviewee's questions.

I was shot an email about whether I was interested and accepted. The interview was via Zoom and I talked to the assistant store manager. There is another interview where I am set to talk to the senior store manager.

They asked situational questions such as "How would you drive up sales with your team members" and "Was there ever a situation where you received constructive criticism from a manager and how did you respond?".

Pretty low-key just had to talk about previous sales experience didn't even need to know a lot about jewelry. Hired me right on the spot. You definitely need to have prior sales experience for this.
