It was a 3 step interview process. In my opinion, if you passed the first interview you can easily pass the other two because they ask all of the same questions. Although, if you have no work experience it could prove to be difficult. The employees all seemed extremely friendly which made the interviewing process comfortable. Also on the third interview they will be giving you a background check.

Great team, great hours. I always have something to work on and can ask for help if I need it. There are also benefits to the job which is nice and I am able to take lunch if I need one so overall it is a great fit for me.
Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Set me a time how you dealt with a difficult customer
Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.
