Pretty straightforward - screening call, in-person one-on-one w/ tour. Basically hired on the spot. No curveball questions, very friendly/easygoing staff. Just do what your supposed to to be prepared for an interview and you should be find. If you have your certification and all that already lined up, I suspect that'll give you a leg up on the competition.

it takes around 1 week. went through 3 interviews. First one was phone interview, second one was with department manager, third one was with the store director. Then drug test and background check process.
It was an in person interview. Initially I was very nervous, but eventually the interviewer made it comfortable for me. That's why i enjoyed the interview. It was my 1st ever interview for a job. And I ended up getting an offer from there. I am so happy.

Fast interview, however, I had mine when the store was being renovated so time was limited due to lack of private area. Did a drug test straight after the interview.
