After applying online I was called for a 10 minute phone interview with a customer service rep. Included easy questions about interests and previous employers to check basic communication skills. Followed by a 1-on-1 interview with assistant manager. Included questions about previous employers and reason for applying here in particular as well as behavioral questions such as: a time when I dealt with angry customer, a time when I was overwhelmed by customers, a time when I didn't agree with my boss, a time when I didn't have all the information I needed, and a time when I had a disagreement with a coworker.

Entrevista
Great team, great hours. I always have something to work on and can ask for help if I need it. There are also benefits to the job which is nice and I am able to take lunch if I need one so overall it is a great fit for me.
Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.
