The interview process consisted of 3 phases. Firstly a short test/ quiz with multiple choice questions took place. Not difficult, just checking if the interviewee had a good grasp of basic concepts. Second step was a remote, live coding, technical interview where the skills of communicating, externalizing your thought process and coding where evaluated. On the last step a talk/ in place interview took place to get to know each other a little bit more. Over all very pleasant experience as a whole.
