The Department called me directly to schedule the interview. After formal greetings, I was subjected to some questions for which I was given enough time to answer. The questions formulated provided specific information concerning my skills, knowledge, and abilities. I was asked questions about Vision, Creativity, etc. Was told that an awareness of the work group’s critical success factors, was key to understanding the context needs of the job.
