I had several interviews with different members of the team. First was with the hiring manager and then progressively with more and more team members at each one until the whole team was present for my final one. It was a really great and open environemnt to discuss my background and hear more about the reality of the role and the team.

I had a whiteboard challenge to complete. They told me I would have to complete one in previous interview so was prepared, but did not give me the context until the next interview. It was a direct challenge of how I would go about researching and improving and in office app experience.
