Applied for the position and was contacted directly by the hiring manager. Had a series of phone calls to determine overall fit. I was one of 2 or 3 applicants considered and was ultimately selected.

Consisted of a phone screening to get your background and understanding of the position. It the. Evolved to a sit down interview with the clinical manager and eventually, another sit down manager with the regional manager, area sales manager, and clinical manager again.
