Two phases: First phase involves an engineer who rates your first interview (generic STAR). Second phase involves teams at different sites looking at your resume and contacting you if they are interested in adding you to their team. I only got one contact from a software engineer, but did not get the role since I was not a good fit for their team (I'm more MechE/EE).
