Got an internship after meeting Medtronic at the National Conference for the Society of Women Engineers. After, I got matched with a random hiring manager who gave me an intro interview. He then reached out a few months later saying there was an open position on his team. I then interviewed with the same manager and two others on their team. It was a two-hour interview process.
