I had an initial Zoom call with my future manager, then a tech interview with two engineers, then three more interviews, one with two developers and two managers, then one with just the two developers, then one with the managers.
I gave a presentation on myself and also a software design approach to a problem they gave me. The people are amazing and I loved getting to know them. I felt very respected and listened to. I had a question after all the interviews and the managers made time to meet with me again.
I got an offer, made a counter offer with a higher salary, got the higher offer, and I have accepted it.

Gave me a problem and had me design a solution over the course of two days, then present my design.

Good and smooth process and process was fast, interview completed with in 3 days and they released the offer, for the last round they asked for in person interview remaining rounds it was an virtual interview
They take 2-3 rounds including the initial round as well as technical round just to inform you that the position is on hold. Waste of time and energy as they will inform you in the end that the position is on hold.
