*Very* long delay between first interview and application (2 months), but overall positive experience. First interview was with hiring manager for a phone screen, and to set up on-site interview. On-site interview was the following week with the Engineers at the Advanced Ablation Solutions; 4 interviews, each one-on-one style. Most questions aimed to test basic engineering and problem principles, and give the interviewee a chance to extrapolate on key resume experience and projects.

The total interview was about a three week process. I spoke to a recruiter who then connected me with an Engineer. Then Met with Manager and other associates. Went well. or so i thought
