The process took 2+ months with 3 rounds in total. A simple group discussion. Then an individual in with the BU head. Finally, a product presentation to the manager and HR. It takes a lot of time to prepare the final round.

1. Vorgespräch durch Headhunter also erste Hürde
2. Interview mit Hiring Manager folgte
3. Interview mit Geschäftsführer Deutschland
Danach erhielt ich ein Angebot und die Verhandlung wurde gestartet
