3 rounds one phone screener, one in person and final phone call with a senior leader. Until the last stage i was lead to believe that I will get the job and they even talked about a starting date.after that the hiring manager disappeared for more than a week, never returned emails and after almost 2 weeks i was rejected. No reason given, felt so betrayed
