On site interview. Started with two half hour interviews with the team lead and then a team Engineer. Basic behavioral questions, followed by a discussion of something one of the team members was working on. This was followed by another 'interview' with another team lead and another team member, who went over some details about the teams project and then gave me a tour of their labs. Everything went pretty smoothly and the whole process took about 2 hours.
