Applied online, interviewed by two people. One female HR, one male Finance person. The two were very arrogant and full of themselves, as I had previously been a mature student.

Why don't you apply for a job in Dublin, as they are crying out for finance people in Dublin?
Why don't you apply to you old employer (which is a medical device company beside Medtronic), which was before I got a degree, I worked as a production operator. I was told on the Tuesday, I would be contacted on the Friday about the outcome.
I was never contacted again after the interview, to let me know the outcome of the interview. That tells me all I needed to know about this company.
Step 1 is a 30-minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager. Step 2 is a 1.5 hours interview with 3 different people at the company. Both parts were behavioral questions

entrevista con varias fases, entre ellas : fase con rrhh por telefono, fase con el manager en el que formaria equipo, fase con directora de linea de negocio, fase con director de region. Fue un proceso muy completo aunque largo en el tiempo
