Interviewed for a CS position in northern CA. After initial phone screen with Territor Director, met with several members of management team in interviews at hotel. Multiple candidates interviewing rotation style. Most surprised by the tone of one interviewer/panelist, who was apparently disgruntled to be interviewing me (compared to other candidates). Asked technical engineering questions and covered material from online resource. I always prepare thoroughly and the intensity and pace of these 4 one hour back to back interviews was tiring. I was offered to go on to next step of interviewing(ride through with team member), but accepted another offer instead.

Probably the worst process any company has ever put me through. I had a recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, district manager screen, engineer screen, technical quiz which required over 30 hours of studying, and then a 45 minute long final presentation which took over a week of preparation only to be given a generic rejection telling me they went with someone else and would keep my information on file and refer me to their other positions as they open up. Never again will I let a company waste my time like Medtronic did and give me the absolute disrespect of a generic rejection after the amount of effort I put in. Six interviews has to be a joke and they were just testing if I was enough of a fool to keep showing up.
