Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 7 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Medtronic (Santa Ana, CA) en jul 2016
Entrevista
The entire process took somewhat longer than expected but was fairly straightforward: HR phone screening, then a day of interviewing on site with several current team members. The interviews were a combo of one on one talks and panel discussions. There weren't many extremely technical questions, but they do expect you to be able to convey your technical expertise throughout the interviews.

Pregunta 1
What is the most difficult part of your current job? Describe a time where there was a disagreement within your team, and how did you handle it?
It was a very dry interview. Interviewers seemed very uninterested and was being forced to interview which made the interview uncomfortable. One interviewer even sighed when it was my turn to ask questions about the role.

Initial HR screening. Was quick but good way to segway into the next parts of the interview process. Gave me a really good opportunity to get to know more about the role before meeting the team.

They asked if *salary range* was within my range in order to not waste anyone time.
STAR scenarios. Straight forward scenarios brought up with classic questions. A certain amount of technical questions as well as motivation for going for the role. Overall a very clear and concise interview with a 30 minute duration
