      Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 8 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Medtronic (Heerlen) en jun 2016

      Entrevista

      Sent an application, was approached within a month, was invited for an interview which was supposed to be with 3 persons. In fact one of them did not show up on the schedule. The company was located quite remote from the nearest biggest city. Took pretty effort to get there as I had to drive like almost 3 hours. Questions were not too difficult, in fact I could answer them. The manager was friendly. Not the talent acquisition girl, seems arrogant and does not seem smart anyway. They informed me I would hear from them afterwards for the feedback. Waited like 3 weeks and half, still did not hear anything. Sent an email to ask whether they have concluded the recruitment process. Got answer after that they have not, that the recruiter would follow it up with me. Waited like another one week, got nothing back yet. So sent other one mail, did not feel like accepting their offer anymore, anyway if I would have been offered, considering their terrible recruitment arrangement. Got an answer finally after a week later that even that I made good impression blabla they decided not to take my candidacy further. No real feedback or explanation like why and what make me not being considered. After all, at least show abit respect for the effort brought up to attend their invitation or provide a proper feedback asap before being approached, and thank the candidate for their time, does not cost them even a penny I believe. Seriously, bad experience! their recruitment arrangement is a disaster. not recommended!
