Phone interview with a recruiter followed by technical interview with team member. Technical interview was split 30 minutes of personal questions focused on background technical experience and 30 minutes to do a live coding problem.

Initially met recruiters at conference, interviewed there, then got calls of more teams interested in me after the conference, finally did onsite to interview for 2 separate roles with 2 separate team thus interviewed with 9 ppl total for 5 hours
