Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Medpace (Cincinnati, OH) en abr 2023
Entrevista
The entire process was around 3 weeks. Applied online, and about a week later I got asked to come in for an in-person interview. There was no phone screen beforehand, and the interview itself was very short. I gave a short research presentation then had two 30 min interviews, a tour of the facilities, and a short meeting with an HR rep. The interview itself didn't feel like a real interview. One person fell asleep during my presentation. The first interview was mostly just them talking about the company and the job and didn't ask me many questions. The second interview was focused on my experience with specific assays. Everyone was nice, but there was not a real attempt to get to know my skills or qualifications. My guess is I was a back up option in case a more experienced candidate turned down their offer. Heard back from them the following week.

After presentation, you will be asked about job related technical questions. If your background fits the need in the lab, you will possibly receive an offer. Usually just one round of on site interview.
