Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Medpace (Cincinnati, OH) en mar 2016
Entrevista
It was a Skype interview that lasted about 25 minutes. It consisted of basic interview questions and provided more detailed information about what was entailed for the given position. The interviewer was very friendly and approachable. Overall, it was a pretty stress free experience compared to other interviews I have participated in. At the end of the interview, I was told I would find out in 1-2 weeks if I would be offered a face-to-face, onsite interview.

What are three things you look for in a job/company?
Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
