The interview process for the Employer Branding position was a great experience, both challenging and engaging. It started with a friendly HR screening, followed by in-depth discussions with the marketing and HR teams about previous campaigns and strategies. I also got the chance to work on a short case study, which tested my creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Overall, it was a well-structured process that made me think critically, showcased my abilities, and gave me a clear sense of the company’s culture and expectations.
