junior recruiter/sourcer reached out via email for a role, I expressed interest and he submitted my app to a more senior recruiter (22 year old fresh out the fraternity). this recruiter did a phone screen and follow-up virtual interview, took 10 business days to tell me that the client could *maybe* consider me for a different position, I said ok sure! and never heard back. super lengthy in between scheduled contact, hard to reach, just overall terrible communication. It's a candidate's job market so this behavior is ludicrous.
