Met several key personnel this gave me a good sense of the company culture and the opportunity to ask questions about business direction and vision. Liked the fact that the interviews were schedules sparsely thus did not feel overwhelmed. I was given a plant tour that allowed mem to gage the state of the art equipment and confirm some of the facts I heard during the interviews.
