The hiring process is fairly straightforward. First step is a phone screening with HR and then a second phone interview with the department's direct supervisor. Following that is an on-site interview with 3-4 of the company's staff to gauge your personality and further skills. Overall it was a fair interview and not overly elaborate with 5+ rounds that I have experienced in the past.
The whole process was pretty straight forward not an excessive amount of rounds either, they were pretty timely with feed back which is always appreciated in any interview process. Overall good interview experience.
Interviewed with 10+ people including my potential boss, peers, and business partners. Brought back many times to meet with different people and the process took over three months to complete.
