I applied online and never received a notice that the application was received. I had to call the office to see if the HR person received the application and I was transferred to a person in California. I am in Omaha. After someone finally called me back (4 days later) I was set up for a phone interview. The phone interview was a sales pitch that was read off of a script. Then I was set up for an in person interview a week later. The interview was pleasant and the managers were professional. I was asked to come back for another interview with the VP of sales and 3 other managers. The second interview was designed exactly like the first one. ( which was completely redundant, asked the same questions etc). When I was in the lobby waiting for the second interview I was told from someone who was there for their first interview that if you get to the second interview you have the job. Exactly a week after the second interview I was told they chose other candidates that better fit the role.
