First call with recruiter. Went through resume. Asked clarifying question about items in the resume. Second is an online assessment and third is a chat with the hiring manager of the team. I was ghosted after the submission of the online assessment.

Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. I applied online via the provided link. I responded and interviewed with the Principal Investigator and a research nurse on a videi call about 1 week or so after I submitted the application. Within the next week, they requested my references followed by an offer letter.
