The first meeting with a recruiter was nice and we had a 30min-ish talk about my experience, what I’m looking for and some important info about the position. We agreed that I will hear back from the team if senior management from Epic is willing to move forward. After relatively short time I received a green light for the next round and was asked to provide some time slots. I replied that I’m on a business trip and have limited availability, however I provided several slots for the next 5-ish days. Unfortunately, all I got after that is silence and in 4 weeks I received a very standard and vague answer that “after careful consideration we are not ready”.
