I applied via the company career site. Interviewed with the hiring manager. Took about 2 weeks. Had also been volunteering at the companies events for about a year prior. The hiring manager was pleasant. I did have to submit a writing sample before interviewing for the job. After they reviewed the sample, I was called in for a one on one with the manager of the position.
