Phone screen with HR, followed by two interviews with the team. The final interview entailed giving a presentation and doing a mock call, which honestly, was way too much work and too stressful for just a regular AE role. They were fair, however, and got back to me in a timely manner.

phone screen, online assessment, interview with hiring manager (totally self absorbed)...would not want to work with him! He suggested he would schedule a follow up meeting never returned any of my correspondence....

After a phone screen with one of their talent "acquisition managers" I was scheduled for a 2 hour long in person interview. This immediately was questionable to me, as a deep thorough interview is usually scheduled for the 2nd round, but OK I went with it.
Overall the experience was negative. None of the the people I met looked like they wanted to be there. For a sales position, they had awful personalities. These people looked like they had no idea what they were doing. I could smell the low morale from a mile away. With attitudes like that, I would not want to work there even if it meant a pay increase.
The one positive thing I got from this experience is to pre-select my interviews more carefully. My suggestion to future interviewees is to proceed with caution.
