What a poor and bad experience. I was approached by a recruiter and decided to move on. 1st call with the recruiter was very nice, even the 2nd call has been satisfying, I've been told that I was among the few ones that successfully made it to the next step. After I submitted the case study they disappeared (not even a thank you email), and came back days after telling me I was too junior for the role (didn't you check my seniority on my cv before assigning me the task?) Very very disappointing.
