Entrevista
I had a referral send in my resume and waited about three weeks before a recruiter reached out to me. The phone screen was more of logistics and asking if I wanted to do search or social. After the Hoildays, the recuiter reached back out to set up final round interviews with different teams on search and social. When I got there, there were last minute changes to the interview as I ended up meeting different people then the ones I was confirmed. For search, they got really techincal with my skills asking about keywords, bidding, and knowing my metrics. I ended up doing a mini excel test for them. Overall, the vibe the team gave off was really bad and they really honed in on the fact that I had a different major from traditional backgrounds. With the social team, it was very relaxed and a conversation. In the end, I got the offer for social on the same day.

Entrevista
Had a casual interview with the recruiter, who then set up an interview with HR. Once past those two simple interviews, you interview with accounts/teams for 30 minutes. They ask you to run through your resume, etc. standard interview questions. They are basically looking for someone who is excited about the role and is willing to learn!

Entrevista
I was recruited for this interview. Things were set up very quickly after an initial phone call, which I appreciated. They didn't mind that I lacked experience on certain areas, because they were focused on how I liked to learn (aka if they could/would be able to teach me to do the job).
