Applied online through Linkedin. Interview process was long there were 6 rounds in total. First 2 rounds were online last 4 rounds were onsite. There was 1 design and 1 final round(tech, experience etc) all other rounds were algo-ds based. Interviewer of the last round was arrogant and rude. Maybe it reflects mentality of other employees at company who behave like they know it all! Also most of lateral hires are offered application engineer position whereas they offer platform engineer on campus. Pay for application engineer positions is quite less compared to platform engineer. For example, pay offered to 3 year experienced senior application engineer is less then fresher who comes in as platform engineer. I felt this creates discrimination as platform engineer considered as first class employees whereas application engineer considered second class employees. Due to this I rejected offer. Would not recommend for experienced people who are already working in good companies. There interview is at par with other tier-1 companies but pay is not.
