One of the worst and unstructured interview process in the corporate world I've ever experienced. The person interviewing me knew nothing about marketing, they were just reading question prompts off of a separate screen feeding me them as we went along. They had nothing memorized, no feedback on my answers. Just, "Alright, next question." They also said that if they were to move forward there would be an additional 4-6 interviews after depending my position. THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW MY POSITION I WAS INTERVIEWING FOR.
