Process was odd. I applied through their website, sending my resumé through their portal and then hearing nothing for three weeks. Received a tersely worded email from someone in HR asking for a phone screen. Was ghosted three times, but finally she called me while I was in my car going to a meeting. Same with hiring manager, and for that one I had to pull over and take a Zoom call on my cellphone. Didn’t hear anything back, figured I was being ghosted. Had a response after two weeks saying they wanted a full interview line up and presentation. Was ghosted by two interviewers and just gave up. Disrespectful of me, and they had nerve to blame me for it. What?
