After applying via cold outreach, I had my first call with the CTO. We discussed my past work experience, and I learned more about Medefy and its products, long term product goals, etc. It was a casual call, and more of a get to know you type of conversation. I then interviewed with the engineering manager, where I learned about his background, their current tech stack, technical challenges they’re working on, and more. My final round was my technical screening, where I was given a very straightforward coding and architectural challenge. It was a panel style interview with the engineering manager and two other engineers observing the interview. It was a very amicable process, and I made sure to clearly explain my thoughts as I was proceeding through the challenge. I made sure to ask clarifying questions along the way, and at the end I chatted with the other engineers and asked them about their day to days and what they liked about Medefy. I was given an offer by the end of the business day, and accepted! Ultimately it was a very positive interview experience and I have no complaints.
