Speak to recruiter, then interview scheduled with manager. Took about a month after application to be hired. It was pretty standard. The team is spread out so it takes some time to get everyone “together” for an interview. There was also a site visit to the client prior to hiring.

The interview process was interesting, everyone was kind and very energetic. It was great to see different people from different states get together and actually know eachother lol. Over all getting to meet everyone was awesome
