Met the recruiter at my college's career fair, who then sent me a HackerRank challenge. Following that, there was one Skype interview, and then the final round consisted of 4 Skype Interviews, which included technical conversations with Medallia's engineers, a culture interview, and a more traditional technical interview. One of the great things I noticed is that everyone I spoke to (throughout the whole process, I spoke to about 7-8 Medallians), everyone was very passionate and happy about their job, which was really compelling. Conversations were very engaging, and they were all genuinely interested in my background, achievements, and passions. Throughout the whole process, the recruiters were in touch, and they were very clear on what to expect for the upcoming interviews, to the extent of a phone call prior to the final round for briefing. Overall a positive experience, and I'm excited to join the team!
