CV & cover letter. Telephone interview: Interviewer seemed nice, asked about motivation and some knowledge of the company. Face to face interview: More competency based questions, motivation and some questions about my CV. Interview was quite straight forward, had more of a chat and a rapport than usual question and answer style interview. Nothing to indicate that things weren't going well. Didn't get the role. When I asked for feedback, I was basically blown off even though there were literally no other candidate for the role. Trust me I know. Overall the people seemed nice with their fake smiles. Lets just say there is a culture there that you need to fit into. If you got the wrong university on your CV or the wrong skin color, forget it.
