Contacted me by mail saying they wanted the best developers. Called me for a screening interview with one HR guy. Invite me to do an online test at their office about Java, Sql and algorithms. I passed the test and they asked me for 2 face to face interviews. Two different technical guys, again some exercises and theoretical questions. I thought everything was OK, they told me the next step where 4 more interviews!. Two days later I received a mail saying the will not go on with me, and a feedback that I was good at algorithmic / logical analysis and a lot of experience in other languages but failed in three (out of 15 more or less) Java theoretical questions!
