Entrevista
I went through five interviews. Four online and one in person. They started with an interview in Italian then the subsequent interviews were in English. After offering me the Job I provided the documentation they requested for my work visa which cost approximately $1000. They then used the documents to apply for the wrong visa after lying and saying they applied to the correct one, at a salary that was so low the Swiss government labeled it as a "Non in linea con il mercato del lavoro" which meant that the salary was below market rate and the visa was consequently rejected. They were unprofessional communicators throughout the whole process taking weeks to respond to emails and hanging up on me several times.

They asked questions about my previous experience that was relevant to the position and during the in person interview asked what changes I would make to an old version of one of their products to improve it.

Entrevista
Interview process was painstakingly long and required me to take time off from my current job. After several interviews including in person travel I didn't hear from anyone for weeks only to find out they did not offer anyone the position.
