I applied online for a position at this company. The interview process consisted of three stages: an initial interview with HR, a second interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview, which included a take-home assignment that had to be presented on-site. I completed my presentation on November 5th.
During the process, I was initially informed that I would receive the outcome within a week, but later received an email stating it would take a little more time. However, no further response was provided, despite my repeated follow-ups via email. After two months, I finally received an email stating that they had moved forward with another candidate. Unfortunately, the email did not provide a reason for the rejection or any constructive feedback regarding my presentation or overall candidacy.
The lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing, especially considering the time and effort I invested in preparing for the final stage. While the interview process itself was well-structured, the post-interview experience left much to be desired.
I would only recommend applying if you’re prepared for potentially poor post-interview communication.
